As a mum it’s important to look after your physical and mental wellbeing, mother move is here to help mums move forward after giving birth by gaining strength and confidence in their bodies to begin doing what they enjoy again.


Bringing a child into the world is a huge change in a woman’s life; physical, mental and emotional changes happen, many of which are not explained to us before hand.


My aim is help guide mums through the physical changes but also show support with the emotions that are attached to these physical changes. With education, a better understanding of what’s happening with their bodies, support and knowledge on how they can move forward, my mums begin finding confidence again and are able to move forward feeling empowered and certain.


Mother move is here to take the fear out of movement and to bring confidence back into your day to day activities as well as help you with your other physical goals, whether your goal is a stronger pelvic floor, to begin exercising again or to even run a marathon, there are no limits!


With over twelve years experience as a trainer, I began specialising in working with mums after having my baby in 2016. Post natal fitness has always been an interest of mine; not only did I want to help myself get back to restorative health and strength, I also wanted to pass this knowledge onto other mums to help them feel confident with their bodies and their health.


I believe that, gradual progression and steady confidence building is much needed when it comes to getting back into exercise. Recovery is key to moving on to maintain a healthy happy lifestyle with your little one. I hope you can join me in taking this step towards better health.
