I can’t recommend Stephanie enough! Her first hand experience and knowledge re pelvic floor issues is 5 star! I have 2 kids aged 3 and 5 and although I never suffered with symptoms day to day I did during certain exercises. Steph worked closely with me, making me feel comfortable all the way through our 10 sessions and the outcome so far is a huge improvement... it’s still a work in progress!

I've had 3 children in 4.5 years so even if I've had fairly straight forward births, my pelvic floor was not what it once was. Let's just say that sneezing was risky business. I found the course very informative and the exercises has made it possible for me to reconnect with my pelvic floor. The week after the course ended I messaged Steph to tell her about my 8 consecutive sneezes without any leakage, and while on holiday I even tried my friends trampoline without issues. I value the peace of mind that my body is reliable to let me take care, lift, play and run after my children without being worried.

After having my second baby, I really wanted to insure I improved my pelvic floor muscles and general fitness (something I didn’t do with my first and regretted it). Steph’s course was great. She’s very knowledgeable about postnatal recovery and I always felt in safe hands. After 3 months I feel physically stronger and my pelvic floor feels pretty much back to normal! I’d definitely recommend it.

Thank you Stephanie for a great 6 week course, you really focused in on the areas we all wanted to improve - namely pelvic floor and core - and I felt every session gave us the opportunity to work these areas. You were fab with the babies, and I always felt comfortable to go off and feed, or calm my baby when needed

Recently completed Steph's six week course and really enjoyed it! I had my second baby only a few months ago and had to bring her along with me - was great to find a class that catered specifically to mums and the unique issues that arise following pregnancy, both the physical and the psychological! Steph is so knowledgeable (and passionate) about her subject matter and I learnt a great deal from her! We had a lovely group of ladies - all with similar goals - so it was a very welcoming environment. Breaking a bit of a sweat and working hard felt good - i (weirdly!) particularly enjoyed the "mum drills"! I have a foundation to move forward with regards to the physical side now, and a new sense of mental motivation too. Thank you Steph!

I recently attended Steph's Post Natal Pelvic Floor and Core rehab course. I had my second baby in June and similar to my first he was a quick delivery and this time was a bigger baby too! I promised myself this time I would do something after birth to improve my pelvic floor strength. Steph has helped me gain confidence that I'm doing the exercises correctly and given me loads of different ways of strengthening them. She also encouraged me to go to a womans health physio which I'm really glad I did. Thanks again Steph for your help

I have been working with Steph since my baby was 12weeks old (now 6 months) and I am feeling physically stronger with every week. Steph carefully re-introduced me to specific exercises following my c-section and with her knowledge and expertise of post-natal recovery, she has tailored an exercise programme specifically to help me to achieve my goals.
